Online voter registration forms must be submitted at least seven days before an election. Mail-in voter registration must be postmarked at least 30 days before an election, or delivered in person to the county clerk at least seven days before an election. To register you'll need a Utah driver's license number, Utah state identification number, OR the Last four digits of your Social Security number. If you do not have a Utah driver's license, you will need to register to vote by mail in the state of Utah.
